A system is intelligent if it is working in the following way:
- The system responds to the environment, issues reactions and shows activity.
- The system's activity is aimed to collect information from the environment.
- The system's operation cause changes in the environment, and these changes in the environment built on each other by the system.
- The system is working autonomously.
Can the human build a system with such characteristics?

  1. The closer the intelligence of artificial systems is to human intelligence, the crazier its behavior will be. Everything is like people :).
... At the end of the development process, we get a tired nervous robot that recites Sartre and wants to live in a forest away from people ... :)
