How to build a robot that can see the environment, the world as a subjective experience?

To create a system with such capability, set up a "sadness” and a “happiness” feeling center in the system. Connect sensors to these centers which we are defined as primary stimuli to activate the sadness and happiness centers, so if they feel the presence of the specified stimuli then the specific center becomes activated. They can be any stimuli. For example, some of which are familiar to us: pain, hunger, satiety, tension. In fact, it is not necessary to these stimuli have a positive or negative meaning to the system, but certainly useful for such selection.

Provide a process that creates associative connections between the centers of feelings and the sensors based on the simultaneous activity. So when stimuli are active with the feeling of sadness or happiness center at the same time, but the stimuli are not triggers of the activity of the specific center, in the later time the appearance of these stimuli induces the activity of the feeling center.

And the system is ready.

If such a system is installed in the environment, the system begins to differentiate between the stimuli, some of them activate the happiness, and some of them the sadness center, and the system will be happy and sad in different situations. The system will have subjective feelings, starts to feel.

The system still won’t have a will and won’t have consciousness. It is perhaps another Thought of Hat.
