Because of the wave functions, the periodical motions can be stable only in three dimensions. Space could have more dimensions, and maybe it has, however, for the physical world to exist needs to have stable structures. These stable structures are built on dynamically changing foundations and processes, the foundation of our physical world is dynamic, this is why our universe is dynamic, however stable structures (dynamically stable structures) must exist only in 3 dimensions. When a not three-dimensional object created in the space, then it cannot be stable and ceased to exist in a short period or cannot come into existence at all, because it "dilutes" itself.

However, this idea does not specify which three dimensions create the actually existing physical world. Can be any 3 dimensions, but if any 3 dimensions tripled together, they must not be interchangeable later until all the dimensions become the same again and the random selection of the specific 3 dimensions can be made again.

Theoretically, it still may be possible that the other 3 dimensions are tripled together as well to form parallel universes at the same time, but if this really can exist, these parallel universes can affect each other through the non-universe-forming dimensions, which would be recognizable in each universe.
